What are the differences between the Free and Paid subscription?
Through our monthly or annual paid subscription, you will have access to all features of MATS and you will receive discounts on our other offerings.
What are the differences between the annual and monthly subscription?
Over the course of a year, you save 72 € with the annual subscription. Additionally, with the annual subscription, you receive further discounts.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Mobile:
1. Go to your App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and manage your subscription there.
Web:
1. Tap "More"
2. Tap "Subscription"
3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" in the app.
What is the Remote Diagnostic?
Currently, the MATS Remote Diagnostics are available exclusively for cycling.
The MATS Remote Diagnostics are based on metabolic models that allow the central physiological parameters to be simulated based on a very simple measurement methodology. All you need for this is a power meter or smart trainer.
The parameters you receive include VO2max, VLamax, FatMax, and the anaerobic threshold.
Is Remote Diagnostics included in my subscription?
You get one (1) MATS Remote Diagnostic with a Premium Annual Subscription for free. All other diagnostics must be purchased separately.
