How Can I Connect To And Disconnect From Zwift?

A note before you start: It will take some time (up to> 48 hours) for MATS to receive all the data from Zwift. Please be patient, you have just been very busy in the past and produced a lot of data.

 

Connect to Zwift:

  1. Tap “More.”
  2. Tap on “Connections” under “User settings”.
  3. Tap on “Zwift”.
  4. Follow the instructions.

Delete connection to Zwift:

1. Tap on “Connections” under “User settings”.

2. Tap on “Zwift”.

3. Tap on “Delete” in the pop-up.

 

Also, please make sure in the Zwift app that the connection has been deleted from this page as well.

Open the MATS app Go to “More” Go to “Connections” Scroll down to “Upload fit file” at the bottom of the screen Upload the file (also possible for multiple files) The activity will automatically appear in the calendar on the correct day
