How can I enter my health data?

  1. Tap on “+” on the MATS Home screen or in the MATS Calendar.

  2. Tap on “Health Data”.

  3. Select the date and enter the data for the desired metric, such as resting heart rate.

  4. Tap on “Save”.

A synchronization of health data with devices like Whoop is planned. If you have allowed it during the setup process, data from Garmin devices are already being automatically imported.
