We have the following simple solution for you (with a bit of practice, you can do it in less than 30 seconds):

In the MATS calendar, tap on the planned workout you want to complete on Zwift to open it.

Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner.

Tap on “Export Training”.

Tap on “.zwo” to download the workout as a file.

You can now find the workout file in your download folder.

Now insert the workout file into the workout folder of Zwift. This is usually to be found as follows:
On Apple (MacOS): Documents/Zwift/Workouts/(Your Zwift ID)/
On PC (Windows): Documents/Zwift/Workouts/(Your Zwift ID)/

Now you can select this workout in Zwift (Custom Workouts) and train it off.
